About the job
We are looking for a Medior Backend Engineer to join the FSS team at DataSnipper! In this pivotal role, you'll work with your team to build robust APIs and contribute to the cloud infrastructure, supporting the Financial Statement Suite's transition to the cloud. You will focus on developing new, technically challenging features and improving the accuracy of existing algorithms.

What You Will Do:
- Work with the team to design and implement cloud-native applications using Azure and .NET
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable APIs
- Collaborate with AI platform engineers to ensure seamless integration with our machine learning platform
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
- Debug and troubleshoot issues
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in backend development with .NET
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and cloud-native application development
- Knowledge of best practices of API development
- Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Passionate about high-quality coding standards and testing of code
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience building document processing pipelines
