What You Will Be Doing

• Architect and deploy functional AI solutions within 24-hour timeframes that immediately streamline critical business processes
• Take complete ownership of AI implementations from conceptualization through deployment and performance monitoring, working autonomously without procedural constraints
• Spearhead ongoing automation initiatives by uncovering new opportunities and enhancing existing solutions to align with evolving business requirements and technological capabilities

Basic Requirements

• AI-Native Approach (candidates who prioritize conventional coding over AI-augmented development should not apply)
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering expertise
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI/LLMs (through API integration, prompt engineering, or workflow automation) in production environments
• Strong capability with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience creating resilient, scalable distributed systems

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
