The Team

STITCH is a multicultural mix of people with experiences ranging from pure fashion business to low level infrastructure coding. We focus on 3D design technologies for fashion and build supporting tools/webapps/integrations as well as educate and help fashion companies become more digital. Our goals are to help fashion industry find new ways of working, support waste reduction, improve designers and overall fashion item development experience and always look for what gives the best-balanced value! We want to take smart, educated decisions leveraging our team's broad knowledge. With this we don't "sell dreams" of technology solving everything, but we support people finding best ways for them to work with what is possible today and tomorrow. We question the status quo, we learn as we go and don't shy away from making mistakes and turning them into valuable lessons.

The Position

We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer to join us in creating, evolving and maintaining an industry-changing suite of tools for 3D apparel design and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with other teammates to maintain and improve our existing Vue.js frontends and build out new products on the Stitch platform.

  • Work in a focused, autonomous team

  • Participate in code reviews and design and architecture sessions

  • Collaborate with the backend team to roll out new feature areas

  • Refactor legacy code to improve its organization and maintainability

  • Work to build and scale a highly-maintainable software ecosystem

  • Explore new technologies, and creative applications of existing technologies, to drive forward the Stitch vision

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong JavaScript programming skills

  • Vue.js experience

  • An affinity for modular, maintainable code

  • Experience with automated testing for single-page web applications

  • An innate curiosity with a desire to learn, create and explore


  • 3D visualization experience

  • Experience with backend / full stack technology

  • Experience working with async / distributed teams
