Your role

As an AI Engineer in the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), you will develop and implement generative AI solutions. Youll translate business challenges into scalable applications, such as conversational agents and document automation.

You will build end-to-end GenAI pipelinesfrom data ingestion and prompt engineering to fine-tuning and monitoring. Youll work with AWS-native services, TypeScript (via CDK), and Python. Youll also advise on cloud best practices, control costs, and ensure secure and efficient implementation. Youll play a key role in turning proofs of concept into production-ready services and help define standards within the AI CoE.

Youll be part of the AI Center of Excellencea growing team of with a start up mentality that evolves about delivering value and experimentaition. It includes data scientists, cloud engineers, AI ethicists, and strategists. Together, you work on innovative solutions for the entire company. What we deliver you

You are a proactive engineer who enjoys experimenting and isnt afraid of failure. You work independently, but also thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team. You enjoy mentoring others and explaining technical decisions.

You also recognize yourself in the following:

• You have a bachelors or masters degree.
• You have experience with AI/ML or backend engineering, focused on generative AI.
• You are skilled in Python and TypeScript.
• You have experience with AWS (e.g., CDK, serverless architecture).
• Youve worked with vector databases, SQL, and NoSQL.

Top benefits of this role:

• Salary between 4,521.29 and 7,448.06 gross per month for a 37-hour workweek. 32 hours is possible too!
• Space to work hybrid and organize your times flexibly. Do you work from home two days or more a week? Then you will receive a compensation of 45 net per month.
