Your job is to continuously improve end-to-end credit processes. You create a holistic overview of the key processes within Corporate Credits based on the business and IT architecture. You have a good understanding of what drives the client and employee experience and you are aware of the latest innovations within banking and digital journeys. You help to identify potential risks and mitigate these with (automated) controls. You pursue continuous improvement of the existing processes using the customer and employee feedback loop and performance data. You are the driving force behind the improvements. You collect the customer question and lead the team meeting where you translate these into requirements and concrete actions for the DevOps team. You understand the impact of requests on the delivery organization. You ensure that the documentation is available and correct and provide practical input for the document design and release process. Sometimes there is also a solution without an IT change. You ensure that the requested wishes of the customer are also delivered. You will work in close collaboration with Customer Experience, Product Owners, Designers and Credit Risk Specialists to design superior customer lending journeys for entrepreneurs. To build better processes you will team up with an Agile team of engineers by formulating and refining requirements, testing results and supporting implementation.

This starts with simpler, faster (and thus digital) processes to improve the day-to-day experience of our clients and employees. However, ABN AMRO believes that it needs to re-imagine its lending services in order to stay relevant for entrepreneurs in a rapidly changing world. This will lead Corporate Credits on a journey beyond traditional banking and will require us to apply more data-driven solutions and integrated solutions with external partners. Working together with our challenger bank New10 allows us to benefit from the experiences with a digital native bank. The challenge is great, but we bravely face it with an entrepreneurial attitude and learning mindset.
