Cutting-Edge Software Engineer/Quantitative Developer (Algo Trading)

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer/Quantitative Developer to join a well-funded and rapidly growing algorithmic trading company. As a senior member of our dedicated team, you will have full ownership of designing and developing low-latency, high-throughput trading systems. Your role will involve optimizing execution algorithms, analyzing tick data, and collaborating with researchers on challenging problems. Qualifications/Skills Required

• Highly experienced in Python, with a preference for Rust.
• Strong engineering instincts and deep understanding of Python language fundamentals.
• Knowledge of trading exchanges, market microstructure, and execution.
• Experience with async/concurrent programming and shared memory.
• Proficient in architecting container-style Microservice Architectures.
• Familiarity with public cloud ecosystems and blockchains is a plus.
• Commitment to clean code, well-architected systems, and continuous improvement.
